SERVICES

We currently offer the following services for Medicaid-Eligible Participants in Jackson, Clay, and Platte County in Kansas City, Missouri.

TRANSPORTATION

Do not worry about having a car or finding a family or friend to take you the center.

​

We offer a shuttle bus service and transportation to and from our center exclusively for our members, all reimbursed by Medicaid.

NUTRITIOUS and Vietnam Inspired MEALS

Breakfast and Lunch is served everyday

(Mon-Fri) for our members.

Exclusive to our Senior Center, Vietnamese food will be served by our experienced kitchen staff.

 

With produce freshly sourced from local

Asian Markets.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

One of the hardest things is the loneliness, especially when you can't even speak the same language as your neighbor. 

 

Get to know an entire community of people who understands and share the same background as you. 

 

Enjoy activities like exercise, Karaoke, Bingo, Seasonal Events, and more at our Center

Vietnamese Translation Service

Never fear letters you don't understand or feel like you are bothering your child or grandchild when having ask them to translate.

 

Our Staff understands and speaks both English and Vietnamese making sure you always have a voice and is available to you everyday.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS

We partnered with local Vietnamese Medical Professional to care for our members.

 

Always available to make sure you understand your condition, medications, and to answer all your health questions.

Home Care

Along with our Senior Center, you may also be eligible for

Golden Heart Home Care Service.

Have a friend, child, grandchild, or one of our pre-selected attendants arrive at your home to help with daily tasks.

(Must be eligible for Consumer-directed Services)

  • Cleaning

  • Laundry

  • Correspondence
